"I like working with my co-workers and the way we help one another on listings that come on the market and the availability of viewing the properties of new listings before they come on the market. I like how we work as a team to help each other in this ever changing market in the real estate world and sharing the knowledge of our skills with one another that can help us with our clients."
What are some of your personal attributes that you feel make you a good REALTOR?
"I feel I have a good way of listening to my clients and understand what their needs are in finding that property that will work for them. Also, to communicate and stay in touch with them before they come to see the property and afterwards for future listings that come on the market. Building a good repore with my people is important to me and building their trust through the process.”
How do you build relationships with your customers?
"Staying in contact with them and listening to their needs in finding a property. Keeping them informed on what is coming on the market and the positive and negative of the properties and for their possible resale value.”
Some fun facts about me:
"I am a social person and I like to get together with my friends and have dinner and play card games or dominoes. I enjoy taking my 2 dogs for hikes in the forest and I enjoy the beauty of this mountain and all it offers. To live here is a wonderful experience and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to have lived here for over 25 yrs."
