What do you enjoy most about your line of work?
"I enjoy innovating, problem solving, investing in new ideas, and running the businesses and the team. I stepped out of sales in 2018 in order to focus on growing our companies, and while I often miss helping a buyer purchase their dream home or a seller close on their home and move on to the next step in life, I absolutely appreciate my role as Qualifying Broker and the support and strategy I offer to our associates and clients."

What are some of your personal attributes that you feel make you a great REALTOR?
"I have a big heart and sincerely care for those we have the honor of working with, which is what drives me to always go above and beyond. I crave knowledge, so by keeping up with what's new and coming down the pipeline, I know our clients are well represented. I also excel at creative problem solving and negotiations which is crucial in this industry. I am very competitive and am always pushing myself."
How do you build relationships with your customers?
"I build relationships by being reliable, keeping my promises and respecting the wants and needs of those around me."
Some fun facts about me:
"I have an adventurous spirit and have enjoyed some unique jobs in the past like ski instructing, river guiding, mountain bike mechanic and master bartender. I grew up with both of my parents working on aircraft for the military and I have always wanted to fly, so I finally got a pilot’s license in 2008. I appreciate a good whiskey at the end of a good week. I was a lead singer/rhythm guitar player in a rock/reggae band called the Eclectic Bones! My favorite humans are my amazing wife and business partner Marianne and our sweet daughter Kyla and son Milo:)"
