What do you enjoy most about your line of work?
"As a little girl, I loved walking through homes with my mom. We would tour open houses and I would dream about all the life that would be lived inside those walls. Now, as a veteran Realtor, I cherish being an intricate part of the process that allows people to find the home where their dreams become a reality and I am honored to help my clients begin the next chapter of their lives upon a successful closing.
In my line of work as a Seller Specialist, RESULTS matter! My role involves more than just hard work, it requires me to remain a step ahead at all times. I operate at a high level, and the sheer volume that I handle allows me to bring a great deal of process expertise to the table. And while I am numbers driven, results oriented and a creative problem solver, the primary reason I love my job is because I value people and appreciate the authentic relationships I get to have with my seller clients. I am proud of how I treat people through the course of selling a home; from the initial meeting, to the final closing, and every detail and conversation in-between; building that processional, but personal relationship with my clients is my absolute favorite apset of my job. "

"I am passionate about this industry, I’m hardworking, approachable and trustworthy and I balance aggressiveness with friendliness.”

How do you build relationships with your customers?
"I aim to be a safe place for my clients during a transaction. We spend a lot of time discussing their future plans and timelines, and during the sometimes stressful moments of a sale, I remain objective yet sympathetic. Communication is key and by being transparent and setting expectations my clients know they can trust me and that helps cement the relationship. Understanding my client’s needs not only helps me to better assist them in selling one of their largest assets, it also creates a friendship that makes everyone more relaxed and have more fun!”
