What do you enjoy most about your line of work?
"I receive phone calls frequently from customers who need to sell and just aren't sure where to start. Meeting each person, getting to know their home, sharing vital market information and creating a plan is my favorite aspect of this job! I love being able to help take on the tough aspects of the selling process - from marketing to negotiating to solving problems. It is important to me to make sure each customer understands their unique experience and to make sure they know I'm there from the first phone call to the closing table! Whether you're upgrading, downsizing or simply ready for a change, helping sellers reach their goals is so rewarding!"
What is your favorite part about working with Future Real Estate?
"Future Real Estate has a culture of integrity and going the extra mile to make sure all customers are taken care of at the highest level. The ingenuity, dedication, honesty, and superb communication starts from the top down and it shows in each Realtor in the office. What are some of your personal attributes that you feel make you a good REALTOR?
"I am patient and willing to take the time to find solutions and do what it takes to make it to closing. I believe having a positive attitude and solution based thinking is helpful for customers to see through issues that may come up. I find that honesty and open communication is by far the most important tool in every transaction, especially in our current digital age. I use each experience and transaction to learn how I can better serve my current and future customers.”
How do you build relationships with your customers?
"I truly listen to everyone's wants, needs, and goals. I do my best to let them set the pace they are comfortable with and to be available for any and all questions. Communication is key! I love being able to connect with customers and create lasting relationships that extend beyond the closing table.”
Some fun facts about me:
"I am a Kansas City native, but I have lived in Alamogordo since 2012! We moved here thinking it would be temporary and we fell in love with New Mexico and all it's beauty. Four kids and a few dogs later, we are here to stay. Alamogordo may seem small at first, but the weather, mountains, people and community is hard to beat! I love hiking, gardening, reading and spending time with my family and friends."
