We function as a team, ensuring our clients experience the highest level of service at all times, and together have developed a strong network of lenders, vendors and contractors to ensure our transactions close smoothly.

We are innovative users of technology and find it to be a powerful tool in providing the swift responses and clarity necessary in today's market. We engage many of our clients through live video showings when distance prevents timely tours thus benefiting both our buyers and sellers.

We are dedicated to this profession and take care of each and every customer and transaction with an "its our pleasure" attitude. Solution-oriented problem solvers, our creative outcomes keep stress levels low during the sometimes trying moments of a sale. We believe in keeping communication lines open at all times and provide enhanced process knowledge, professionalism, honesty and unbiased advice bringing consistent value with every closing.

We are a team that works on your timeline, so whether you are ready to buy or sell now, or months or years from now, we are happy to begin educating you and hope to become your REALTORS for life!

What do you enjoy most about your line of work?
“I love the pursuit of a common goal. When a family contacts me with interest in a home in Ruidoso, whether it is to sell or to buy, I enjoy the market research involved to determine the best price, the discussion of needs and expectations, strategies to get and achieve those, and then the teamwork to accomplish their goal of buying or selling a primary or second vacation home in the mountains. I often say I’m the donkey always moving toward that carrot dangling ahead on a stick, it’s what I do, it’s what I love, and I’m going to get that carrot for my clients.”

What is your favorite part about working with Future Real Estate?
“I really enjoy the teamwork mindset, the innovativeness, the willingness to share ideas, and the will to push each other to greater success which ultimately allows us to better serve and be more knowledgeable for our clients.”

What are some of your personal attributes that you feel make you a good REALTOR?
“I’ve always had a mild interest in real estate. That interest ignited and changed my career path during 2 real estate courses in my graduate program at the University of Arkansas. I was near completion of my Master’s in Agricultural Economics when I studied real estate investments and real estate appraisal. I give this background because it ignited a passion in me that has a numbers and data driven foundation, the skill set to know that you don’t have to know all the answers but rather how to find the answers, and the ability to think outside the box. To put all that in one sentence? My personal attributes that make me a good REALTOR are the ability to think critically and problem solve for my clients.”

How do you build relationships with your customers?
“I build relationships with my customers by learning as much as I can about them. Everyone has a story. I find those stories fascinating. Those stories are important to my customers and drive many of the decisions they make in buying or selling a home. If I can build a relationship and understand what is really important to my customers and clients then I can really perform at a level that allows them the greatest success.”

Some fun facts about me:
“I have a 4 year undergraduate degree in chickens, I have a large collection of all kinds of flavors of honey, I love growing plants, I grew up in rural north Texas and was heavily involved in 4-H, and I like my coffee too strong.”

What do you enjoy most about your line of work?
I have always loved most everything to do with Real Estate. Many years of experience as a Realtor has allowed me to meet many wonderful people from ALL walks of life. I enjoy the process of helping with a home transaction, and fulfilling the purpose of being able to follow through with folks all the way to the finish line.

What is your favorite part about working with Future Real Estate?
Foremost and "hands down", I love the Team I get to work with. First rate Realtors and first rate people with integrity. These are true professionals. The Future Team is fun, friendly, and ahead of the game when it comes to technology. I always have something to learn!

What are some of your personal attributes that you feel make you a good REALTOR?
My number one passion has always been people, from all walks of life. I won't leave you stranded, and I take your needs personally. I'm a bit "high energy", so I will work tirelessly to complete a transaction. And it's all a pleasure. It really helps that I love Southern New Mexico, and all we have to offer here.

How do you build relationships with your customers?
I try to answer your questions, return your calls, and stay connected as long as your transaction takes. I'm always up for showing you the highlights of our area. Since we have mountains, desert, and "in-between", I respect your choice ! I'm passionate about ALL our areas.

Some fun facts about me:
I grew up on a surfboard on the West Coast, but we landed in this awesome area a couple of decades ago. I love these mountains and deserts where I can explore what I love most...hiking, biking, exploring or just relaxing in our outdoors. I graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, but soon after found myself working as a Flight Attendant for American Airlines. YIKES; I am still with American flying part time after 38 years. I love helping people and seeing the world, but what I love most is being home in our beautiful mountains and area. Oh... and I love to laugh, have fun and enjoy life, and of course...work with the Future Real Estate Team!

What do you enjoy most about your line of work?
I love the fact that no two days are the same. Buying or selling a home is a huge change. It's rewarding to assist in the process. I Love seeing people achieve their dreams.

What is your favorite part about working with Future Real Estate?
We have a great group of friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable people that are a pleasure to work with. It's a real team of people who pitch in and help one another.

What are some of your personal attributes that you feel make you a good REALTOR?
I bought my first house at the age of 23 and have been involved in "the business" on some level or another ever since. I was a "flipper" for years and still take on a project on a rare occasion. When the economy no longer supported these investments about 10 years ago I decided to become a Realtor. Having bought and sold many times, I was able to bring my years of experience to this side of the business.

How do you build relationships with your customers?
Buying and selling real estate can be a very stressful experience. My goal is to make transactions as seamless as possible. I make sure you have access to me whenever you need me. Also I have such a knowledgeable broker and fellow Realtors I can turn to for any questions I need answers to. My goal is to keep you in the loop throughout all steps of the process.

Some fun facts about me:
I flew for American Airlines as a flight attendant for many years and saw the world. Travel is still my passion. I also love to garden and I'm involved in interior design.
